These terms govern your use of the Caddie Tap app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Caddie Tap on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal golf use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Distances are estimates — important
Caddie Tap's yardages, distances, club suggestions, and hole maps are approximations derived from GPS and from publicly contributed map data, and they may be inaccurate or out of date. Do not rely on them where accuracy matters — including for competition scoring, handicap certification, wagering, or any safety-related decision. Always use your own judgment on the course.
Course data
Course information is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License and may contain errors or omissions. Caddie Tap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any golf course, club, or organization named in the app.
Your content
Anything you enter (your name, photo, scores) stays on your device. When you choose to share a card, you're responsible for what you share and with whom.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddie Tap and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always live on this page with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
